The savings interest rates at the three major Dutch banks, ABN Amro, ING Bank, and Rabobank, are too low due to a lack of competition, says the regulator Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM). The ACM has no evidence of collusion, but it considers it likely that there is 'tacit coordination'.
